Do you accept payment plans?
We sure do. We offer payment plans up to a maximum time length of 4 weeks. Please send us a message and we will happily help you set up a payment plan with us. If payment isn't made within the time frame, we reserve the right to re-sell and unfortunately, you will lose your deposit.
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives faulty, be sure to return to us within 14 days for a full refund. Our email address will be on your invoice to contact us to arrange returns for your faulty item. We would be more than happy to accommodate for your return by covering your return postage costs once a receipt is provided.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift cards of a value up to £500.00. Gift cards expire 2 years from the purchase date. If you would like to purchase a gift card, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
Can I design my own item?
Yes. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to make your dream design into a reality. You can choose everything about the item, including colour, fabric, matching accessories, sleeve length and more. Please note that bespoke items take around 6 weeks, so be sure to allow time for this.
